First, let me say I'm very glad my last email 'made your day.' It always pleases me when an employee of a company I deal with is left feeling good about something I've said or done. Maybe I can do so again.
Just thought I'd follow up to let you know I received my GI OWB Magazine Pouch a couple weeks back (in Kryptek Nomad to match my GFI holster). I've been wearing it nearly every day now, and I couldn't be more pleased. The fit, finish, and durability are remarkable. Yet it's so lightweight I barely know it's on my belt. And since most everyone I know has asked where I got it, I'm hoping you'll get a rash of new business coming your way. Haven't had time yet to peruse your website at my leisure in search of my next purchase. But it's never far from my mind. And I intend to keep my promise to you. I firmly believe that companies with good products & outstanding customer service should be the only ones I give my business to. And your actions alone have placed Garrett Ind. at the top of my list. The quality mag carrier was little more than my full expectations met. So, with that in mind, enjoy the remainder of your work week. And have a wonderful weekend.
